A superb experience in a tricky COVID19 situation
We have stayed in the Aloha Hill Club on several occasions over the years. Beautiful place, summer or winter. Always well maintained gardens and great restaurant as a big advantage.
The apartment we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and well appointed with some luxurious touches. However, what really makes Aloha Hill Club special is the service.
The staff are absolutely dedicated to adhere to the customers ever need and requirements.
On this occasion, Mavi, in particular was exceptional. She went above and beyond what was needed. Especially once we had to stay at Aloha Hill Club longer than anticipated due to lockdown in Spain amid Covid19.
Mavi, was extremely helpful in every aspect, even helping us to get all the relevant documentation ready for travelling back to Scotland in the UK whilst travelling through Spain and France after lockdown was eased in the first week.
Her professionalism was second to none in these unprecedented circumstances.
We look forward to return to Aloha Hill Club when things are back to normal because we have visited Marbella on many occasions and nothing has come close to this fabulous place. Many thanks to the whole Aloha Hill Club team and a very special thank you to Mavi.
